To provide a better quality goods, we have to take many tests befor the goods come in and out our factory. From the raw material to the finished goods, we can guarantee you the best!

According to ISO 3808:2002, we do the Thirty minute test voltage.

The procedure is Soak the sample in salt solution for at room temperature with each end of the cable emerging from the solution, then immediately apply the test voltage for between the conductor and the solution.

During the test, there shall be no breakdown of the cable.

Breakdown voltage shall be not less than

— for 5mm cable, 25 kV(r.m.s.),

— for 7mm cable, 35 kV(r.m.s.), and

— for 8mm cable, 35 kV(r.m.s.).

We can customize according to customer's requirements.

Suspend an approximate 500 mm specimen,  vertically for 1 hours in a full draft, circulating-air oven maintained at the temperature of 200 degree。 Upon completion of the aging, remove the specimen from the oven and check the appreance with nothing changed.

Suspend the sample in a draught-free room and expose it to the tip of the inner core of the test flame,The times of exposure to the test flame should be at least 15 seconds.Any combustion flame from insulating material shall have become extinguished within 7 seconds.
